I cancelled my and my wifes contracted in february was told by the guy who cancelled it i would have NOTHING to pay. I love and ive been charged £9.10 for a month that i haven't been with them

Billing is monthly in advance (Even during notice period). Depending on the timing then a further payment can be taken. (Although a pro-rata credit will be applied back to cessation date on the following bill)
I assume you have received cancellation confirmation?
