Billing issue once I added a second puck
Hey, anyone else have two pucks? I have one but had enough of moving to around depending what room I wanted to watch in so saw I could get a second for not too much more per month. During the order it said it would now make my bill £40 a month which is fine with me! So the new puck is on the way and my bill date is today, but they took £63.25!! Looked on my bill and they've charged me for my packages twice not just the two pucks even though it said nothing about getting charged twice for the package I already have?!

Hi @CharlieKing Have look closely at the bill, do you see -xx days against any items? This means that the bill covers more than the future month, and there is some catchup elements. What do future bills show?

You're right some say -22 what does it mean?

For the new puck you have been billed for 22 days and for the next month as usual. The 22 days is due to when you received it up to the date of the bill.

Then your billing increase might not be related to this new puck but rather a discount you have is coming to an end. If your next bill also shows another increase then this is what has happened so now is the time to see if your next bill can get another discount out of Sky if you will agree to a new 24 month contract,

It says the deal isn't up until 2027 I've only been with them for about 5 months... I think I'll have to call them I just hate the long calls 😞 I have no idea why they're charging me my monthly subscription and 22 days extra on each of my things it makes no sense to me at all!
