Billing change

I was told when I agreed to have the new Internet installed that my price wouldn't change.

And presumably it has? Remember, we can't see your bills. Does the bill cover more than the usual one month? Was this part of the April annual price increase?

Fixed prices contract aren't really a thing Sky provide. There is typically always an annual price rise every April, which impacts ALL customers, ( although customers who start a new contract around March/April typically get the price rise deferred by a couple of months).
