Billing and payment restricted

When ever i click billing and payments on the sky website it always says restricted and im abit confused on why it says that??

It could be because you are not logged in with yor main Sky ID.

 

A way to check which Sky ID's a linked to an account is by clicking the "forgotten username" link when signing in and it will show you all the emails/sky ID's associated with your account, which you can then try and log in with.
