Billing Page

I have paid my bill early this morning. I still haven't got my access. I went to my bill and it's saying £0.00 left to pay. Then I go to my.sky again and it says reinstate my account. I press that & it says. 'Access restricted" or something like this.

Have you also re-setup your direct debit or monthly card payment?

As well as setting up your payment method again reinstatement will not occur until this payment has been cleared and that might not happen until Monday at the earliest.

I did this early hours yesterday. I'm on the phone now to sky team and hopefully they can sort this.
