Billed twice

Hi there,

 

I have been billed last month for broadband twice.  I am looking for a refund please.

 

I have also left sky broadband to go with UTILITY WAREHOUSE and realise there is an exit fee, could you send me a pdf statement with evidence of this exit fee on it please.

Do you see a credit on your Sky account? If so,,it can be refunded.

 

You can print your own pdf coye of your bill via the Bills section of your Sky account.

If you see a credit on your account and don't want to call then help can be arranged for you via here if you want.
