Thats highly unlikely, Sky will only take a direct debit once, did you make an uneccesary manual payment?

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

@Ashley1970 if you're new to Sky, your first 2 bills may be a fortnight apart. Thereafter you're billed monthly.
