Hi, 

ive paid twice for my broadband on the 30th of January and im getting emails saying its not paid. 
can you please send back a payment and take the overdue off my account.

@Daniel202  Did you makea  manual payment?  If so it would of been credited to your next month bill.  Does this months bill show as paid?   Is there now a credir showing?
