Bill

I paid my Moblie bill, but they keep trying to take my bill out my bank via direct debt which then goes down and not paid even though I paid it manually as I have done for years how do i take the direct debt off.

The terms and conditions state that you must have a payment setup like a direct debit so as you have this in place the question has to be asked as to why you are making manual payments as there is no need to do this as Sky will take the payment from you each month via the direct debit.

 

If by saying "then goes down and not paid" you means this happens due to a lack of funds then this is another reason to stop making these manual payments.

 

If it is saying the bill hasn't been paid then it might be because the payment(s) you have been making haven't actually paid the bill but instead gone onto your account as a credit so if you do see a credit you can call Sky to ask them to refund it and this should happen within 3-5 working days.
