Bill
I want to know why sky have taken another £134.49 out of my bank when I have paid my bill for this month's and I pay my bill every 19 of each month yet they have taken another months payment of me I am leaving sky so why have they taken another payment

Have you made an unnecessary manual payment?
The T's and C's state you should have a direct debit or continuous card payment method set up. You therefore never need to make a manual payment. Once the planned payment that Sky are expecting has been processed a credit should appear on your Sky account for the amount you have overpaid.
This should automatically be used to pay your next bill (if there is one) so on that bill date no/less money should be taken from your account. I would suggest NOT making any manual payments unless requested to by Sky.
If you prefer, once your extra payment is showing as a credit, contact Sky who can arrange a refund within the standard 3-5 working days. Either call, use Sky Assistant or perhaps use social media to initially make contact.

You say you're leaving Sky. Billing continues through a notice period and as bills are generated 14 days prior to a payment date it's quite normal that another bill payment will be required. Of course any overpayment will be reimbursed to you.
