Bill
I spoke to an advisor early in the year whose name I beleive was Sangeeta, we finally agreed to a figure of £42.50 up until 29th July 2027 for my broadband and landline. This month you took £49.30 from my bank account and the month before £45.00 can you please explain?

Re: Bill
@Ruth0911--
You aren’t communicating with Sky by posting on here. This is a customer ➡️ customer discussion forum where we try to help other Sky customers.
By looking at the breakdown of your itemised bill should provide an indication what these extra charges are for.
Perhaps one of the discounts was short term and has expired? Any calls to non inclusive numbers?
NOTE: I only provide help on the forum boards so Direct Messaging is switched off

Hi @Ruth0911-- Sky does not do fixed prices. All contracts are subject to two annual price rises as detailed in the terms and conditions you agreed to. I'm am only guessing, but your 2025 price rise may have been delayed.
