Paid my bill on the 26th of October and sky have tried taken money again today the 28th of October

You shouldn't be making manual payments.

 

It was too late to stop the automated one.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers

Unless your services have been restricted there should never been any need to make a manual payment as you have done because if you do it to close to your billing date then it is to late to stop the payment from being via the details you have set up on your account.

 

You should now see a credit that you can either leave so it will be used to pay your next bill or you can call Sky about having it refunded.
