Bill

It says I have a outstanding bill but when I go to pay it the bill says £0.00 and because of this I can't look at phones or the sky glass tv

@Ian1983  Are you an existing customer and currently have an active service? or a returning customer after being away for 18 months or more?

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
