If you are outside your minimum term contract then you would be paying full list price for your packages. If that is the case you will need to phone Sky and see what type of renewal deals are on offer or if any parts of your package can be removed to get the costs down. One thing to note is that being offered a new deal would require agreeing to a new 24 month minimum term contract.
You can call on 150 from a Sky Talk Line or Sky Mobile.
If you haven't got a current Sky Mobile or Sky Talk this link should help:
https://www.sky.com/help/home Scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ and it provides a 0333 number. If you are in the ROI on the same link change the flag in the very bottom corner to the ROI flag to obtain an 0818 number.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreWhat you will need to do @RAY431 is tomorrow give Sky a call and explain that you are struggling to pay as the bill is to high. If they offer you a discount you will need to make up your mind there and then at it might come with a new 24 month contract. Don't be talked into anything that you do not want if they want you to upgrade anything.
150 is the free number to use from a Sky Mobile or Sky Talk phone otherwise under "Need more help ?" link at the bottom of the page on this link is the number to call Sky on:
Say No when asked if you want a text or to go online then stay on the line.
