Diamond member took a new contract out for two years . Agreed price £98.50 first payment out £115.11 subsequent payments over £220+ phoned multiple times hours on the phone being passed from one representative to another opened a case but still being fobbed off. What does billing show as that's a large difference!

@69Smudge

If by "opening a case" you mean you've submitted a complaint the Sky have up to 6 weeks to resolve it before you can request a deadlock letter allowing you to take it further.

Re: Bill wrong

When the contract came through it was for 150mbps this is not what was agree it should have been 500mbps. This was challenged and Sky looked back at the phone calls and admitted it was their error. It seem they have charged for the extra speed although it was again agreed by telephone that the extra charge would be wavered.  This has taken endless calls getting absolutely nowhere five representatives up to now have said they " will take ownership " of the complaint. No one has phoned back as promised. Can you escalate this to someone of higher authority please. ?
