Bill taken twice

Hello I payed on the 23rd march the £27 pounds and I've been charged today again I want that refund back can't be charging me twice in the same month I set up a new direct debit but I payed the balance on my last direct debit as that's what it's said when I logged in then I get charged again today? Like no that's not on

@Petrakirvej  You weren't charged twice, you made an uneccessary manual payment when you didn't need to.

 

If you have a recurring Direct Debit or card payment  in place you should never be making manual payments.  You will need to wait for the credit to show on your account before it can be refunded.

When you see the credit on the account for the payment you made reply here as we can ask Skys messaging team to get in contact with you about this as posted above you do not need to be making manual payments.
