Bill taken twice

I paid my bill on the 4th sep I've gone to try pay my bud fair to work today and it's declined when I've checked my bank you've taken the payment again and now I'm overdrawn and have no way to get to work

It's unwise and unnecessary to make manual payments for exactly that reason. Once the extra payment shows as a credit on your Sky account, we can arrange some help for you so that you can get it refunded.

In addition, any refund from Sky will take the standard 3-5 working days from when it's arranged.
