I wonder if someone can tell me why my latest bill is so much please?

It could be that you had a discount that has now ended, so if you have been that price for a while then the chances are this is what has happened so now is the time to see if they will offer you another discount and if you do then you will have to agree to a new 24 month contract.

As we're customers here with no access to your bills or account we'd be guessing. But you can check for yourself. Compare your latest bill with a previous one to see what's different.
