Bill should be £96 but it’s £200

I am a loyal customer of 14 years and was offered a new contract at £96 a month. Sky have taken £200 this month. I was told about a £20 admin fee (extortionate but agreed to pay) but have been charged £40 admin fee.
I am not happy to pay £200 so close to Christmas and am seriously considering leaving as this is a ridiculous charge and monthly expense.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more

When did you agree to this discount with Sky, was it 14 days ago or less, if so what shows on your next bill ?

If you have agreed to  a new contract then it is likely that Sky will not let you leave.
