Although as far as I'm aware they are treated separately. What exactly is it you're trying to do?

I want to pay my broadband through business account and pay tv through personal account

They can't be separated, I'm afraid. Sky's domestic services preclude business use.

Yep, if needed for business you should have a business BB account anyway as you're guaranteed quicker service in case of issues.
