Hello, I'm being told my bill is overdue but I made my payment yesterday

If you made a manual payment have you checked that is not go onto your account as a credit as it might have done this if your bill is usually paid by a direct debit or an automatic card payment becasuse with either of these the bill will be paid automatically.
