Bill payment
Hi I paid my bill late but payment was sent on 5th Oct. I'm still receiving emails to say my bill had not been paid?

If your services had been suspended have you setup a monthly payment method like a direct debit or card payment as this does need to be done.
If your services had not been restricted then what shows on your bill here regarding this, so for example does the payment you manually made appear as a credit:
