Bill payment changes

Hi my first bill is £37 which I understand , next bill is £25 which is what I agreed to but then  next two payments are showing as £29 I took out a contract for £25 ?? Which also included a gift card for £100 which hasn't been mentioned

Have a look at the breakdown of a future bill and see where the extra £4 is from. Clicking on the blue arrow next to the amount might provide more information. Could it be the annual price increase (due from 1 April).

Ah OK,  yes must be price rise I ll have to contact them as only budgeted for £25 for 18 months , thank you

These can take up to 45 days to be sent, that includes the 31 day cooling off period and 14 days to be sent after that.
