Bill paid twice
My phone bill has been taken twice how do I get a refund is there a number to call ?

Did you make a manual payment and Sky took it as usual via your payment method if so when you see a credit you will have to either call Sky on 150 from a Sky Mobile or landline phone or contact them via one of the social media links that are at the bottom of this page to see the credit refunded.
