Bill package
I would like some more information on how I could cancel sky sports please? As my son wanted this and most of the games he wants aren't even available on sky sports but played on TNT sports instead, I was told all football games will be available on this & as it's not cheap each month it is a pointless ad on for me. So please can we cancel this off as I'm struggling quite abit recently as I've had a hearing aid fitted & been diagnosed with ADHD I am unable to work or get around as much as I could before unfortunately. Also what is the ad free item in my billing for £6? Thank you!!

Re: Bill package
To remove a part of your TV package you need to contact Sky giving the standard 31 days notice. If you have 'in contract' discounts you may not be able to remove them. Also make sure cancellation of a certain add-on doesn’t cancel another part of a discount.
You may be able to remove it via this link which includes a message option (usually available between 9am & 7.30pm) or by calling in using the number that should appear.
