Bill overpayment

My direct debit failed so I went in and paid it with my debit card, today they took the direct debit again, now im £91 in credit and would like it back rather than credit

Once your Sky account shows that you're in credit, you can contact Sky and ask for it to be refunded to your bank.

For future reference, failed DD's are reattemped (usually around 10 days later) before restrictions/late payment fees are applied.

 

Whilst this process is in play then manual payments are against next month's bill.

 

As noted above, you'll have to contact Sky once the credit shows on your account.  Refunds take 3-5 working days to process.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
