Bill issue

Hello, 

 

i am just wondering if you can cancel and subscription with you as I don't have any phone , ect... out with you guys and it's taking money each month out of my bank.

You aren’t directly contacting Sky by posting on here. We are mainly customers trying to help other customers.

 

Your post is unclear as to what you want cancel? What are you being charged for?

If you don't have any services with Sky then there should be no payments being made so are you saying you cancelled everything with Sky but payments are still be taken or have you never been a Sky customer and on your account payments are being taken against a name shown as Sky ?
