I recently added Sky Movies a few weeks ago at a special offer. I now find it's going up to £3 this month & another £2 in January. Why bother to give people offers when they aren't genuine? I've been trying to contact someone but no luck. Useless "Bots".

For this months bill, was is the billing period for your movies package as it might be covering a long one that the usual 4 weeks as it will be back dated to the date you first added it.
