Bill enquiry

I telephoned to cancel SKY movies and Netflix and was assured this was done and that my bill would now be £81, which I'm happy with, having secured a 24 month deal when I changed my broadband from BT to SKY earlier in the year.  I've noticed you still want to take £95.13 from my account tomorrow.  I'm am

not happy.  What's going on please?
