I have just made a call to London for 45  minutes how much will I be charged

@Grace88  The call charges may already appear in the future bill section in your bill area if your on Sky Talk PAYG  https://www.sky.com/help/articles/managing-your-sky-talk-bills

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

@Grace88 just as an indication, if you're calling from a UK landline, and you don't have a call package for which you pay monthly, the call will cost around £12.50.
