Bill and Restricted account

I got an email sent to me that my payment for broadband is soon so I put the amount of money that I play each month (40 euro) but that they came and pasted without having the money taken out then I got another email that couldn't collect the money for some reason and I got now got a late bill fee of 12.50 euro but it says my bill is 73.55 euro which doesn't add up last payment took out the automatically with no problem. Another problem is when I goto my bill it says restricted.

To see if they can help you with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.
