Bill after cancellation
Hello so I was previously advised on this group that you are still billed after you ended contract and you have to pay it then you're refunded after 6 weeks.. anyway I paid the bill on 28th of September. I'm just curious how long does it take to show the payment made as credit so I can get a refund? Thanks

If the bill was paid on 28th September do you now see a credit on what will have been your next bill because if you do it is this that can be refunded, help of which can be arranged for you via here.
So do you see this credit ?

To see if they can help with this (as it might be you will have to wait until nearer 28th October) I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you sometime tomorrow morning regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page.

The chat bubble could be send by the messaging team anytime from about 8am onwards so you just need to start typing in it from 48 hours so even if you are not on here when they send it to you then you do have 2 days to start the chat by typing in it.
