Bill Question

My account is in credit and  covers my bill will sky mobile still take out normal monthly direct debit

If your Sky Mobile account has credit on it that should be used first before money is taken via your normal payment method.

The credit should be used as long as it was on the account before the bill was created and this happens 14 days before the billing date.

 

As you can view your bill on the MySky app you should be able to see if the credit is going to be used to pay it.
