Why am I being billed for Sky Q Multiscreen Pack? I only have one TV in my house.

Hi @BillHeaney   Is/was it bundled in with other discounts to get a cheaper deal? Note, it is Multiscreen (not Multiroom which implies other TVs).

Multiscreen is required if use Sky Go to watch back your recordings so if you do not do this then you can contact Sky and give them 31 days notice to cancel it.
