Being charged for sending links

My bill is extra £7 because I've been sending links over text which should be free but sky thinks I've been sending picture messages which I haven't they're just links.

All you can do is to take this up with Sky by calling them on the free 150 number and explain this to them to see what they say.

If your phone is processing them as MMS then there's probably not a lot you can do now.

 

Check your settings and disable MMS.
