Been scammmed and they say I'm diamond member over 20 years

I been dealing with this for 2 days now I spoke with someone on chat team yesterday about the bill going up as I want nothing changed same as I had but lower or same as I was paying  after 5 hours no luck and the advisor left the chat saying she going on break after all that and left me hanging all this caused me a lot of stress and no trust in sky tells me in app I'm a diamond member over 18 years and I get treated and scammed by them 

then I rang yesterday at 7.30pm after been past pillar to post for 30 mins spoke with someone in cancellation explained my situation and how bad the service has been then they spoke with manager and also sent me email   Confirming my payment and not changing anything will be 64.50 from June onwards and just under £50 for may payment from June 2025 to 2027  and also assured me my my Sky app will show this which it did yesterday and that's was that I was happy he got me even better deal then I was paying due to bad customer service I had 

then today I see on my Sky app it showing 90 a month from June so I rang back today spoke with 5 different agent explained my situation and all 5 agents put me on hold then 5 mins later hung up on me so the 6th time I rang I ask for manager manager came on phone I explained my situation again and he was like I can see what was discussed but there been error someone where and we need to send email to UK centre to sort it and said I got no trust in sky I need to speak with someone today because sky is scamming me now after offering me a deal sending me email then going back on word and want someone in UK the manager said hold after holding for 5 mins and got through  to Richard in breavement in UK who listened to my concern and complaint then reassured me we can see email send to me yesterday agreeing the deal I was promised which was 64.50 a month keep all everything the same but he said he need to get this sorted for someone and apply the relevant discount the other colleague yesterday agreed and will ring me before 9 with a update to say it all  directed to what was agreed gave him my mobile number aswell it gone past 9 my Sky app now showing 76 a month when I was promised 64.50 a month I want some from Sky to ring me asap to as I want to take is further feels like I been scammed and still not got call.back as promised as was assured they will so I don't have to ring again as been hung up by the. 6 times in 2 days

@peter-marlow+1966 i'm not sure how the retention team would be able to assist in the scenario described.

Unfortunately we're a customer Community, rather than Sky customer services.  Sky won't call you in response to your post - they have no easy way of identifying your account from your post here.

I would ring sky  again  and ask to speak to the retention team  about this and see what they can do for you,

I had a similar issue  in February, call sky asked to speak to the retention  team  and got an even better  deal  than was offered  than i was originally  offered  before  the issue  similar  to one posted about on here, go it on my tv package  and broadband package  for 2 years  until  February  2027
