Hello, i am customer of TV/Broadband package with sky, at start everything was fine. Got some addons on my package all good at start, but once free months run out and i start to pay, for what i signed. Sky team decided to get more money out of pocket, by adding charges on addons and changing contract. Since it start to build up crazy amount of money, what i didnt signed to, decided to cancel my TV contract and keep only Broadband. Paid off all overcharged fees last month and requested to get emailed to me address, where i can send back rented equipment. Month is passed, no email received and new bill is sent to me, even higher and insane amount of money, for service i dont use. Would be thankfull, for any advice or help, since im clearly been ignored and ripped off.
P. S. Even cant make complain form, says page not found. Very dissapointed customer. Thank you

How did you cancel your Tv subscription? Did you receive confirmation of the cancellation from Sky?
So long as you’ve cancelled successfully Sky usually send out the returns packaging near the end of the cancellation period, [31 days for Sky Q], to the address that the subscription was registered at. You can use any packaging as long as it’s secure and you may want to put a note inside with your account number and a list of equipment that is included. This link explains about how to receive an email with your return labels through Royal Mail.

If you haven’t anything suitable contact Sky again and see if they’ll re-send. Keep your proof of posting very safe and indefinitely as Unipart, who handle the UK returns, don’t appear to be that well organised. Also, if you use Royal Mail’s collect from home service, keep a record of the tracking number.
