Ballot winner sky vip
Hi,
I have won tickets for peppa pig live on the sky vip ballot however when reading T+Cs, its reads as though these tickets are not guarenteed as they over subscribe in case of no shows. Has anyone been to anything like this where they have won tickets and had any issues? Dont want to get my 3 year old excited and travel 20 miles to be turned away at the box office. Thanks!

Re: Ballot winner sky vip
Hi there,
Congratulations on winning Sky VIP tickets. That’s exciting.
I completely understand why the wording in the T&Cs might worry you, especially when you’re planning a day out with a little one. Sky VIP events can sometimes be slightly oversubscribed as a precaution in case of no‑shows, but in most cases, customers who have received a confirmed ticket email have no issues getting in on the day.
From what other VIP members have shared in the Community, it’s very rare to be turned away once you’ve received your confirmation. The oversubscription is usually just a buffer, and venues almost always accommodate everyone who has a valid booking.
If you have your confirmation email with your booking details, you should be fine to attend. Just make sure to bring the email (digital or printed) and a form of ID if the T&Cs mention it.
If you need anything else, please reach back out.
Thanks, Laura
