Balance refund

Hi there I looking for someone to sort out my Balance refundI had paid my two sky bill on the 18 of this month and I checked my back and sky as came for the money use have take the money twice so am looking for someone to send me back my Balance fo both my accounts today

Your post is a little bit difficult to understand so if you are saying you manually paid your bill and Sky also took the payment then if you see a credit on your account we can arrange some help for you via here to get it refunded.

 

So do you see a credit on your account  ?

Yes I paid it manually on the 18 of April and when I checked my bank last night I seen that sky had taken it as well I would like the money back please

Yes I see the credit on my sky streaming at £118 and the credit on my internet for £43

I  can't refunded anything because I am a customer like you.

 

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.


This link explains how this works so you will need to respond to the chat bubble at the bottom of the page when it appears by typing it it to start the chat:

When the chat bubble does appear you will need to respond to it as soon as you can or it will be closed if there is no response within 48 hours. To start the conversation just type in it.
