Balance brought forward

I'd like a refund on my balance brought foward your direct debit took too much from my bank account and I want my money back

You're not addressing Sky here.

 

Did you make manual payments prior to the DD?

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers

I've always don't direct debit payments but it's taken way more this time

@Jamie2005 have you checked your latest bill to see if the amount paid from your bank is what is shown on your bill?

You need to check your bills as it's likely a discount has ended, Sky won't take more than your monthly billed amount, when you took out your services you would have been advised how long discounts are.

 

Your bills will show a breakdown of any discounts or additional chargs.

 

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

Nope I've never done a discount they have just taken more and put the rest into my next monthly bill and idk why
