BT broadband cancellation

Sky was to close my BT droadband account on my changing to Sky but it appears not to have done so and I have been paying BT £48 per month since I changed to Sky. I would like a refund please of the the Bt payements from when I started Sky Q

What BT services did you have as Sky cannot cancel TV services with another provider (only broadband).

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
