Awful Set Up Service

The irony that I have already written this post twice and the page throws me out and sends me to a 'how to write a new topic' guide.

A week ago today I tried to sign up for package online. 30 mins later 'Sorry, problem'.

I move to chat and explain the issue, the rep ignores and continues to try and advise the package I need, then tells me they can't actually assist in giving me the package I need to call. Another 30 mins wasted.

I call and speak to a helpful rep who takes me all the way through to the point of taking my bank details for direct debit. Boom, now a problem to process!!! Not my account, it's their system.

Passed over to tech team, tells me it's and XML problem, not seen before but it's resolved.

Passed back to a different rep, ha e to start the whole process again and now have been shared 3 different contracts, being sold a service I never asked for, and the monthly payments are £18 more expensive.

I am told that if I go through the process, the manager will reduce my payments once everything is set up and running. I am meant to just trust them that they will reduce my payments, even though they asking me to approve a higher contract. This sounds dodgy.

Any way, they still couldn't process it.

It's now been another 90 mins on the phone and I am told a case has been raised and they will be in touch.

2 days later I recieve a text asking me to call them. When I do, the rep has no idea about any of the issues or why I am calling. It seems he has now cancelled my broadband and I have a bill on its way for a service I haven't even received or agreed to.

It's been a further 4 days and no one has contacted me.
