I made my first payment for my phone today, and later in the evening, I noticed an automatic payment to Sky. However, my bill still reflects payment for only one month. Is this normal? Has anyone else experienced this? Any insights would be appreciated.

You don't need to make manual payments to Sky as the bill will be paid via whatever payment details you provided when placing the order so a credit or debit card or a direct debit.

We are billed one month at a time so they payment you made should appear as a credit on your account as Sky will still take the payment for this bill via your payment method that has been setup on your account. The credit will be used against a future bill or can be refunded to you.
