Asking me to return equipment

I have had a request from sky to return equipment (stream puck) but I only have the one and if I return this I have nothing to watch their services on. 

tried getting through to customer services and twice been sent in a merry go round. I originally had sky glass with multitool. The sky glass failed at 4 years old so bought a new tv and just used the stream puck on it. Obviously no longer needing multitool. Any suggestions on a direct number I can call and get some one who has a clue what they are doing?
