I have a message my Sky account telling me my direct debit payment details have expired for my broadband and talk package and I need to add new ones. My bank account details haven't changed so I don't understand why i'm being asked this. I attempted to add the same bank account info and got an error message. Anyone know what the issue is here?

If the answer is yes to either or both of these then the email itself isn't from Sky as it is a scam one designed to capture your details and banking details.
