We opted to try sky glass but found out it was not compatable with my husbands hearing aids. Prior to us having Glass and then returning it we had one bill. We now have two one is Sky tv and one Sky digital. As far as I am concerned nothing works any differently can someone please explain why we are paying double what we were before with no extra benefit or am I missing something?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreDo you have a TV service from Sky now, so like Sky Q as it might be that one is a bill for Sky Glass and the other (Sky Digital) is for Sky Q.
