My account shows £568 credit how is this applied, as you have taken monthly charge out of my bank

Not us.  We're just other customers here.

 

Without knowing how you've gained such a large credit it's hard to say.  But the credit should be used against future bills.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers

You haven't been making any manual payments have you ?

 

If not are you a broadband customer who had a period of no working connection due to an external fault ?

 

Failing that have you gone back through your bills to see when it was actually added ?
