Apply Blue Light Discount

I was unable to apply my Blue Light Discount when joining Sky as a new customer because the online system didn't recognise my address (it didn't exist despite it being an address for ober 25 years).   This meant I had to join Sky by going into Curry's as they could input my address.  I was also told that I could apply the discount after given this, but have you ever tried speaking to a human at Sky?  Makes me want to leave them already!

I'm not sure you can apply it retrospectively, but when you do call try saying nothing to the bot to hopefully connect to a human...

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
