Appalling experience with customer service
Don't ever want to be a sky customer again. Misold the wrong laptop - tried calling to get it resolved - it took 7 hours to get to the point where someone would help me arrange for a return. As was not my mistake was promised a full refund the.next day and never rreceived it (£400). Everyone I spoke to would ask my security details and then as me to describe the problem A then they would transfer me to a different department - or just hang up. I have called back today and experiencing more of the same. Currently in a contract for a device I never wanted, have already returned and unable to get a new device as the current contract is showing as live on my credit file. Still no closer to resolving - appalling inhumane disgusting experience from a company I thought valued its reputation.

Hi @Unhappycustome8 Have you registered a formal complaint, the starting point before you can escalate it further?

I was told by two customer services representatives that my formal complaint had been lodged - but now thinking about it unlikely they are telling the truth

Once a complaint has been lodged Sky have up to 8 weeks to resolve it before you can request a deadlock letter allowing you to take it further.
