App stuck in renewal

I am currently speaking to someone about my problem getting paramount plus to work. One issue i noticed is why go into app subscription it shows

 

Paramount+ Standard Renewal in Progress. £3 per month 

 

2 options to activate or cancel. 

 

If I click activate and scan the QR Code I get. Message that says 

 

Your Sky UK subscription has either expired or does not include Paramount+.

Please return to Sky UK and check your account status. If you have problems, contact Sky UK customer support.

 

If I click Cancel it asks me to scan the QR code it comes up with exactly the same error. 

 

I have turned off for 2-3 minutes even reset the box. The message is still there.

 

Can this renewal be cancelled as its been stuck on that step for 2 weeks.

No it gives me the same results 

 

It takes me to the "you already have a paramount+ subscription with sky. To start watching simply create your account with paramount+ "
